After official confirmation from Sankeys Ibiza, that Solomun will play the second leg of their two day Opening Party on Friday, May 24th next, word on the ground is, that Solomun and the Diynamic crew, will be resident at Sankeys for Tuesday nights in 2013. It is expected that the party will open as it did last year, on the second Tuesday of July, with a 12 week residency, closing in September. Last summer, Solomun and Diynamic made Tuesdays in Ibiza their own, and gave the established Carl Cox party, at nearby Space, a run for their money. Respected industry sources are reporting that the Diynamic crew, which featured talented DJ names such as H.O.S.H, David August and Uner, will once again take to the Sankeys stage and will be joined, by some other exciting new names. It is reported that Solomun and Diynamic, were keen to be associated with Sankeys, as the club is expected to explode this summer, with an exciting mix of artists that will improve and build on last years underground experience. If there is to be a new Solomun discovered in Ibiza next season, then, most probably, they will be found in Sankeys, as it experiments with different sounds, new names and concepts. Its the clubs ability to be always looking for the next new thing, that sets it apart from the others. An official announcement by Sankeys on its remaining schedules, is expected in the coming days and the Blog will update on news when it is released. Already the blog has reported that Solomun, is also set for a Pacha residency in 2013, due to his success at Sankeys last season.
